Mirage 2026
August 19th - 30th, 2026
Cristian Mitrani's layered photographs, built from superimposed exposures, join MIRAGE, a group show about the unstable moment where perception and imagination meet.

MIRAGE brings together artists whose practices share an attention to what escapes immediate grasp: a form that shifts, a light that transforms a landscape, one image overlapping another. Painting, photography and abstraction become ways of displacing the gaze, suggesting rather than imposing a single reading.
Cristian Mitrani explores the world through photography. His superimposed exposures produce layered images in which several moments seem to coexist. Between experimental photography and visual poetry, his work blurs the line between what was seen and what is imagined.
The exhibition took place at The Muisca Gallery, in the Marais, Paris, alongside MCP2ART, Virgilio Patiño, Tulio Sampayo, Beatriz B. Serdna, Marina Popović, Florencia Buenaventura, Lecomitz and Francisco Londoño.
