Stories and Narratives – An Artistic Exploration of Storytelling

Since the dawn of time, stories and narratives have formed the foundation of human experience. They create connections between individuals, transmit knowledge, and forge communities. From oral traditions to contemporary artistic expressions, storytelling is a fundamental act of sharing and transmission.

The collective exhibition “Stories and Narratives” invites the public to immerse themselves in works where each artist breathes life into a narrative—whether intimate, collective, fictional, or rooted in reality. Through painting and photography, these creators demonstrate how art becomes a universal language, capable of capturing and conveying unique human experiences.

The Artists and Their Narrative Worlds:

Gabe: A Brazilian artist, Gabe explores forgotten stories and identity contrasts through photography. His lens captures moments where light and darkness intertwine, revealing deep truths about the cultures he immortalizes. His work has been showcased in renowned galleries in São Paulo and New York.

Didou: A French painter, Didou draws on memories and emotions to create abstract works that tell universal stories. His canvases, rich in texture and color, invite the viewer to a personal introspection. He has exhibited in prestigious institutions in Paris and Berlin.

Cristian Mitrani: Born in Argentina and holding Belgian nationality, Cristian is a lawyer by profession and a passionate photographer for over 50 years. Author of several books, he has held private exhibitions in New York, Washington, and Madrid. An tireless traveler, his photographs reflect his love for discovering cities, hidden corners, and the people who inhabit them. His work can be seen on @mitographia and www.mitographia.com. Cristian donates the proceeds from the sale of his images to NGOs working in the fields of food, education, and health.

Angélique Keiskei: A French-Japanese artist, Angélique fuses Eastern and Western aesthetics in her paintings. Her works, often inspired by Japanese calligraphy, tell stories of duality and harmony. She has exhibited in galleries in Tokyo, Paris, and London.

Rafael Patarroyo: A Colombian painter, Rafael draws inspiration from his Latin American heritage to deconstruct imagery and reveal psychological and symbolic depths. His work has been presented in both group and solo exhibitions across South America and Europe.

Ivan Jiménez Brunel: A Mexican artist, Ivan explores the border between memory and emotion, figuration and abstraction, dream and reality. His works have been exhibited in galleries in Mexico City, Madrid, and Paris.

This exhibition is an invitation to listen, see, and feel the stories these committed artists share with us—through their unique perspectives and sensitivity. Son objectif capte des instants où la clarté et l'obscurité s'entrelacent, révélant des vérités profondes sur les cultures qu'il immortalise. Son travail a été présenté dans des galeries de renom à São Paulo et New York.​

Didou : Peintre français, Didou puise dans les souvenirs et les émotions pour créer des œuvres abstraites qui racontent des histoires universelles. Ses toiles, riches en textures et en couleurs, invitent le spectateur à une introspection personnelle. Il a exposé dans des institutions prestigieuses à Paris et Berlin.​

Cristian Mitrani : Né en Argentine et de nationalité belge, Cristian est avocat de profession et photographe passionné depuis 50 ans. Auteur de plusieurs livres, il a réalisé des expositions privées à New York, Washington et Madrid. Voyageur infatigable, ses photos reflètent son amour pour la découverte des villes, des coins et des personnes qui les habitent. Ses œuvres peuvent être appréciées sur @mitographia et www.mitographia.com. Cristian reverse le montant de la vente de ses images pour aider des ONG qui agissent dans les domaines de l'alimentation, de l'éducation et de la santé.​

Angélique Keiskei : Artiste franco-japonaise, Angélique fusionne les esthétiques orientales et occidentales dans ses peintures. Ses œuvres, souvent inspirées de la calligraphie japonaise, racontent des histoires de dualité et d'harmonie. Elle a exposé dans des galeries à Tokyo, Paris et Londres.​
